Interview with Chris Clouse, author of Making it Home

Inside the Book:

Title: Making it Home
Author: Chris Clouse
Publisher: AuthorHouse
Genre: Self Help/Personal Growth
Format: Ebook

We are cocreators, both directing and observing this movie called life. So are you cocreating this quest with me! Are you not producing a holographic image of this book, which contains words that we have manifested into time and space together? Like every book, this book, Making It Home, has already been written. The question you should ask is, "What part about these words and this book do I need right now in my life?" If you know the right question-or "quest you are on"-your mind will produce an answer out of the material of life itself, and the book becomes a catalyst for your own story. When you read-and more important, think-about the information in these pages, your chakras will activate, and new cognitions will be created about heaven. This of course depends on one condition: that you have a deep-seated desire to achieve joy, love, and peace in this lifetime.
Question1- Could you please tell us a little about your book?

“Making it Home” is the discovery about our collective purpose on earth and my own spiritual awakening towards this evolutionary process. I believe our collective purpose in life is to create Heaven on Earth, which is a multi-dimensional reality that we experience in this and subsequent lives. The book weaves together a story that includes quotes from a real conversation I had (and recorded) with a divine source; it lays out a map for us to create this inner and outer experience together.
Question2 – Who or what is the inspiration behind this book?

In my story, I share some personal antidotes to help clarify the questions and answers that I found important to discuss. Therefore, much of the material has been locked inside me for many years. When my father passed away a couple years ago, who was a deeply humble and spiritual individual, it ignited my passion to write this book and dedicate it to him with all my heart.
Question3- What cause are you most passionate about and why?

I am most passionate about finding the “middle way”, or “harmony”, in my own life and then contributing to the evolution of Heaven on Earth. This I do through life coaching, writing, and speaking. This way of life requires finding harmony in the spiritual, mental and physical aspects of our lives, a path that has been taught by spiritual masters such as Jesus, Buddha and Krishna. Whenever there is dis-harmony in our world, it always traces to an imbalance in one of these three realms.
Question4- Do you have any rituals you follow when you finish a piece of work?

Not really, to be honest, this is something I need to work on. I do believe it’s important to celebrate success. My ideal way of doing this would be to incorporate some travel with close friends and family.
Question5- Who has influenced you throughout your writing career?

During the writing of my first book, I conducted / participated in several Masterminds with like-minded individuals, all of us in pursuit of different goals. Some of these sessions were performed remotely on a conference call (e.g. once per week); but at least 2-3 times per year we would convene in a beautiful, inspiration, location.
Question6- What are some of your long term goals?

  1. In the next year, 2017, I would like to launch a self-study course that helps students apply the “Making it Home” philosophy in their lives. The course will be called “Making it Work”. I believe this platform will serve future courses for years to come
  2. I know the title for my next book: The Stolen Earth - to be completed in 2-3 years
  3. I want to be semi-retired within the next 3 years, devoting more time towards writing and life coaching, part-time, while traveling more with family
  4. Some of these travel experiences will support research and development of more books and coaching courses
  5. I want to be the best father and husband I can, supporting the goals of my kids and wife
