Question 1 – How did you come up with the title of your book?
Observing a Lady who wore extravagant hats, she was battling with her demanding attitude that money seemed to her the most important thing in life. In this Novel Daisy finally comes to understand fate and finds solutions to overcome, and estimate human values, such as love, empathy and friendship.
Question 2 – What is your writing environment like?
The environment of writing is drawn from own experiences, travelling and observations. It can be anywhere, at home, in the garden, in a café or train, at the beach or on a mountain hike.
Question 3 – What are some of the best tools available today for writers?
Best tools for writers are real events combined with intensive research on their subjects.
Question 4 – What inspires you to write?
Inspiration to write came by travelling, see and explore, and working abroad. Being interested in people, their way of life, their languages and culture has shown amazing different aspects of characters who greatly determined their lives and sometimes and even recognized their fate.
Question 5 – Did you learn anything while writing this book?
Writing learns to be awake, open to new or unexpected coincidences and events, and realize that quite a bit of research is necessary.
Question 6 – What is your favorite quality about yourself?

Not to have expectations, take facts or faith as they are and try hard to search for the positive.




Otilia Greco was born in the Swiss Alps; was educated in Switzerland, England, and Paris; and is fluent in six languages. She graduated from Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and developed an appreciation for history and cultures.

Otilia and her husband worked internationally, lived for several years in California, and now reside in Switzerland. This is her third book.
